Fiedler Amy is a company with average products and decent customer service. While they are not terrible, they are also not exceptional. The ordering process was relatively easy, but the website could use some improvement in terms of navigation. Overall, I have had an okay experience with Fiedler Amy, but there are better options available in the market.
