The experience of using Open Tracking has been average. While the website is easy to navigate and the tracking information is accurate, I have found the customer service to be lacking. It has been difficult to get in touch with a representative and when I do, the responses are slow and not very helpful. Overall, Open Tracking is an okay option for tracking packages, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.
