Rooms: cramped and claustrophobic. None of the rooms have balconies. AC doesn't work efficiently enough. We had to check and switch 3 rooms before finding one with a decently working AC. We were allloted a room with twin beds though we had booked a double bed 2 months in advance. Staff just shrugged their shoulders saying they can't help it, none available.

Staff at reception desk speak and understand very very basic English. Extremely difficult to communicate requirements. Not a single person in the restaurant speaks English.

Absolutely zero vegetarian options for the buffet breakfast. Only thing available is bread butter and jam.

Very unhelpful staff on the whole. No help with luggage. Even refused to provide an extra sugar packet for coffee in the room. Not worth the money you pay. Would never step in here again.
