Made an appointment for 7, no one showed up, no on...

Made an appointment for 7, no one showed up, no one called. After I called to inquire about no one showing up, I was told a supervisor would call me. Supervisor never called. I was told someone was going to show. Finally at 11 o'clock in the evening I called and canceled the appointment.
I made at least 5 calls asking what was going on, each time I was assured that someone was coming and that a supervisor would call.
