I have been using Sam-hjälp biståndscenter for several months now and I must say that their services are average. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the overall service could be improved. There have been a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected for a response, which was a bit frustrating. However, they have always managed to resolve my issues in the end.
