Lets just say Harbortouch threw the word "contract...

Lets just say Harbortouch threw the word "contract obligation" at me awhile back so I reviewed my contract and found the "small writing" and to be honest, they were correct, they took it apon themselves to renew my contract after initial contract was met....FOR ANOTHER 3YEARS!!! Holy S#!&! Now I'm finally out of 2nd contract and they want their equipment back. Sooooooo I threw the same contract back at them that states after initial contract is met the equipment is property of the merchant (ME!) and to say the least, they are fighting me on this! They quote the contract, but when I quote and show them the contract, it's ignored. Shady as hell!
