I have called and emailed the loancare customer se...

I have called and emailed the loancare customer service dozens of time regarding a bogus fee on my statement.

When you call you are on hold from 45 to 60 mnts.....All they say is we can t help you with fees email via the CS via the website.

I sent 5 emails and they only replied to my first one saying I have to pay some inspection fee that I was never notified I of or agree to pay.
Terrible customer service and terrible predatory lending tactics.
