I needed to call to explain that we had to freeze ...

I needed to call to explain that we had to freeze a bank account because the account was compromised by a fake withdrawal and the check written for our mortgage payment would be blocked. The person I spoke to was very helpful and I was able to make the payment over the phone with another account without penalty.
