Claiming they don't have funds, the 6 lane work in Vadakkanchery mannuthi section in Kerala is on hold for more than an year. If you don't funds please don't take up the projects. this work has been put on hold and another work in Calicut has been taken up by the same company? then how can they claim shortage of funds?
