As a customer of Thrive Media, I have had an average experience with their services. While their website design was visually appealing, I found it lacking in terms of functionality. The navigation was not user-friendly and it took me a while to find the information I was looking for. Additionally, their customer support was only average. They were responsive but didn't go above and beyond to solve my issues. Overall, I would rate Thrive Media as average.
