OK so today while working a Caldwell officer name...

OK so today while working a Caldwell officer named is FISHER came in to eat, while i was making his food a very concerned citizen came in an you could plainly see that he was concerned by the look he had on his face, however the officer really did not even pay no mind until the guy very stress-fully said hey there is a woman who is unresponsive back here at this house we tried to help her with no response an to my disbelief OFFICER FISHER said"um well don't you have a cell phone to call 911" an simply turned back around without a care or concern for what this concerned citizen had just told him... he is an officer of the law they are supposed to protect and serve but this was by far not the case. this is so shameful its no wonder why people do not trust cops....
