Very helpful initially to get you in the door, but as time has shown in the space of approx 3 months, I find the Property Managers less than professional. Taking up to a month to respond to an email, the stated preferred method of communications.
I have maintenance issues that require attendance, and its been over a week of sporadic emails with no set time. Heaven forbid if I had an truly urgent issue.
Less than impressed. As a tenant, be wary once you are in the door.
