I had a pretty average experience with Vast Shipping & Logistics Pvt Ltd. The delivery was delayed by a few days and there was a slight miscommunication regarding the tracking information. However, the customer service team was responsive and managed to resolve the issue quickly. Overall, they did a decent job.
