I recently had the opportunity to shop with Sharktank and I have to say it was an average experience. The website was easy to use and the range of products was decent. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representative I spoke with seemed disinterested in helping and was not very knowledgeable. I would rate Sharktank as average.
