I find Eigenlytics data solutions to be average. The service they provide is good, but nothing exceptional. The customer support is decent, and they are usually responsive to inquiries and issues. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of their data analysis capabilities. Overall, a satisfactory experience.
