Due to covid, the regular hot tub was closed so we made a time for the spa hot tub. It was extremely difficult to find and the staff seemed irritated to show us where it was. The water at best was luke warm. The parking cost an extra $25 which we had to park underground and walk as nothing was left out front. We ordered music for $10 that skipped so we had to turn it off. They don t pay attention to details. The clocks were wrong, the sofa was untidy, etc... I could go on. An awful experience and would never recommend!!!
