I recently used a similar platform for my project and found it to be very useful. The user interface was intuitive and it had all the features I needed. However, I felt that the price was a bit high compared to the competition. Ushahidi offers similar functionality at a more affordable price point. I would definitely consider switching to Ushahidi for future projects.
