I have been using Marc technologies pty ltd for a while now and I must say that the service has been average. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the overall experience could be better. The website is easy to navigate and the products are of decent quality. However, there have been a few instances where I have received faulty items and it was quite a hassle to get a replacement. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
