I must say that my experience with Pansmart (pty) ltd has been quite average. The customer service was not up to the mark and the product quality was just average. I expected more from a reputed company like Pansmart. The delivery was also delayed, which was quite frustrating. However, the pricing was reasonable. Overall, an average experience.
