They are poachers. Very sleazy business model. They cold called our office claiming to be from Sky Electric, not a recruiting agency.. They called asking for someone in Inside Sales, said they were referred to speak to someone but couldn't remember their name so he asked what the names of the Inside Sales agents were.. when transferred to the inside sales person, he spent 30 minutes talking to our colleague about a job posting for one of our competitors.
