Customer service was prompt and helpful through the entire process from home assessment, to requesting services, through completion of installation. Our home assessment was very thorough and home heating solutions were provided per my request. I finished the assessment feeling like my questions had been answered and I that I could reach out to CC&H with any questions. I did that on several occasions and decided to proceed with their solutions. They walked me through the process and were extremely patient with us while working with our home renovation schedule. The installation process was fantastic! All of the installers were professional and courteous. They treated me and my home with respect and when they left everything was back in it's place with doors closed/locked. You'd never know they were there. Couldn't have asked for better.
