I recently moved into a property managed by Serrano el dorado owners assn and I have to say that I'm quite satisfied with their services. The community is well-maintained and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The only downside is that their response time to inquiries can be a bit slow at times. Other than that, it's a great experience overall.
