My experience with Cropsys was a mixed bag. While their products are of high quality and their website is informative, their customer service needs improvement. On the positive side, the website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was smooth. However, when I had an issue with my order, their response was slow and not very helpful. I hope they work on improving their customer service.
