My experience with Celebrate was good overall. I used their services for my son's birthday party, and they did a decent job. The planner was helpful in suggesting ideas, and the decorations were nice. However, I expected a bit more in terms of creativity and attention to detail. The party turned out fine, but it didn't have that 'wow' factor.
