I have been using Empire Wire Services for a few months now and I must say that their service is average. The speed of their wire transfers is decent and the fees are reasonable. However, I have encountered some issues with their customer support. There have been times when I needed assistance and it took them a while to respond. Overall, I would say that Empire Wire Services is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
