I was very disappointed when I called and asked for an appointment to get an estimate and the young man did not tell me up front that they have a 3 window replacement limit and we only need one replaced. He said we can come out an look but won't replace it unless you have two other windows that need to be replaced. No limit is mentioned in their TV ads.
