*Update*
*Since transferring to a different state with the company, I saw things in a completely different light. It seems that the corporate culture of getting/retaining contracts is taking precedence over innovation. I was told by HR when they terminated me that the way things are done in the state I moved to is "typical". I tried incorporating my experience and point of view gained from previous contracts in California, but was basically stone walled and essentially told to fall in line. Perhaps I could of done some things differently, but I felt disliked from day one and told things that didn't feel like the Atlas I knew.*
Atlas Lift Tech is changing the way healthcare providers stay safe at hospitals. Decreased employee injury and workman's compensation payouts are just two of the many ways they are helping to reform healthcare.
They are also on the cutting edge of education and implementation of proven techniques and procedures.
As far as being an employer, they have always addressed any issue brought up and have worked hard to steer my career in the direction that made sense to me.
Because what they do is relatively new in healthcare, it might take some time to understand what they are really about.
So, don't apply here if you want the run of the mill healthcare job. However, if you want the choice to transition into a corporate position from the floor up, Atlas Lift Tech may be the perfect fit.
Highly reccomended for those interested in changing the way things are done!
