HR was on point 100%. Team leader/leaders or manager were shameful and very spiteful. the first day I was introduced to 6 different team leaders I was to go to if I had questions. Only two actually engaged me back (one was later terminated for trying to run me away from the company and the other was a former plant manager for Sparks)in helpful conversation the others either couldn t speak English very well or refused to interact and teach or Stewart anything. My manager thought having a convo meant ignoring people asking questions and walking away while talking to them with no care that you needed them but was quick to verbally counsel me if I got something wrong. I was there a month and a half and an employe was spreading lies and running off new employees, he was dealt with appropriately by Sparks. After being there 62 days the company decided they would start a training program for the very first time and made me the guinea pig. They switched up processes and then made a list of things I had to have signed off every week and if I got one thing wrong I had to go back the following week and stay on the same shift instead of going back to my regular shift. My trainer was a person who is completely antisocial and every other employee refused to work with. On top of all that the company forgot to mention that chances are pretty high that they are moving the plant out of Grand Rapids. They haven t figured out that when you speak about teaching you need to listen with the intent to understand what s being relayed and not to just answer.
