The service provided by Promepla is average. I didn't have any major issues, but there's definitely room for improvement. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the shipping took longer than expected and the packaging could have been better. Overall, I think Promepla is an okay company. I would consider ordering from them again if they improve their delivery speed.
