CSA is a monster! This academy is nothing more than "glorified rec" meaning you're paying a nominal fee for the same experience if not better than what you would get from your local recreational league. They operate by having you sign a contract, so once you sign up and if areas of concern or issues arise (and quite sure due to the high number of participants) the staffing administration does not prioritize your concern. (They have your money so it doesn't matter) Andrew the DOC is not effective in communication. The Director himself Brad, when it came down to even denies receiving emails regarding concerns. This academy is too big for their own good and this definitely decreases their abilities to have effective communication and transparency. Their goals and objectives they display in their website are far fetched from what actually goes on. Please save yourself the hassle and stay away from this organization. It's a waste of money and time you'll never recover not to mention substantial financial loss.
