I had an overall average experience with Planificación espontánea. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. However, the quality of their products was good, and they were delivered on time. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
