Simmons Construction is an average company. They do an okay job with their projects. I wouldn't say they are the best in the industry, but they are definitely not the worst either. I've had a couple of projects done by them and overall I was satisfied with the outcome. The quality of work was decent and they were able to meet the deadlines. However, there were a few minor issues along the way that could have been handled better. Communication could be improved as well. But for the price, I think they provide a fair service.
