EDIT: I received communication from the Investors Edge team and they apologized...it's truly a worthless apology considering my current experience is that their service got worse! Their wait times are getting longer and their website is getting slower....

Save yourself the headache and trade elsewhere. Terrible trading platform that is not intuitive or user friendly. You can make a purchase and it will confirm it with you then it's nowhere to be found and doesn't even show any history of the transaction. Don't even bother to call them unless you have minimum 1 hr and 30 min to waste. They have an online chat feature which is always unavailable. Absolutely no support for a half working platform.
