AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Scheduled a Tuesday afternoon (1:00pm EST) business lunch with a large customer group (12 people), and the Ruth's Chris staff graciously accommodated and seated our large group quickly. At this point, everything went downhill. Service was DEPLORABLE, and it was very difficult to get drink orders (easier/quicker to go up to the bar) and ultimately food orders. From the time we were seated, it took 1 hour and 52 minutes to receive our food. Server's were not friendly and were very difficult to track down for orders. The restaurant was not busy (less than 2/3 full), and the tables beside our group (who were seated after us), received their food and drink orders long before us. Hands down the worst experience I've had at an upscale restaurant. Unfortunately there isn't less than 1 star rating on here, and that is being VERY generous. Avoid!
