I have been using their laser engraver for a few months now, and it has exceeded my expectations. The quality of the engravings is remarkable, and the user-friendly interface makes it easy to operate. However, the customer service could be improved. I encountered some difficulties during the setup process, and the support team took quite some time to respond. Other than that, I am satisfied with the performance of Epilog laser's products.
