I had an average experience with a sports and health sciences academy. The courses were decent, but I expected more in terms of content and engagement. The instructors were helpful, but at times, their responses were delayed. The online platform was user-friendly, but I found it lacking in some features. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I believe there are better options out there.
