I have had an overall average experience with Tecnimetal. The quality of their products is decent, but the customer service could use improvement. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and didn't seem very knowledgeable when I had specific questions. The website was easy to navigate, however, and I appreciate the variety of products they offer. Overall, I would consider Tecnimetal to be an average company.
