Let me add to the chorus! My license tags show as delivered but my known and entirely reliable roommates have not seen them. So when I got back from vacation and filed a complain, i got a return call then next day BUT when I finally got through on that line, which was constantly busy for over an hour, I had to let it ring I think 25 times or more and that is no exaggeration! Danny answered, very put out at having to do so, didn't listen after I explained I was returning a call due to a complaint, he said I had to make a complaint online, so I explained again! he asked if I'd gotten a call last night I said no it was yesterday afternoon and he slammed me into hold and after 21 minutes on hold, for real! I hung up
