I came here to get full psychological testing done...

I came here to get full psychological testing done. I have tried to make an appointment with the psychological testing coordinator for almost 4 months. No one is ever in the office so I always have to leave detailed messages. After never being able to schedule an appointment I just decided to met with a nurse practitioner to talk about changing my medication and she put me on a previous medication I use to be on that I did not like and told me my body could react different this time. She was very rude, did not care what I had to say/feel, and made me feel I was being a burden talking to her. Very rude, I can t believe this is a place for mental health.
