I had horrible experience in this so called Emergency department. I had disc prolapse leading to severe backache. My history was self explanatory and straightforward. A very rude nurse asked me to wait in rapid assessment zone and without taking my history asked me to provide urine sample. When I asked why she is doing that, she said kidneys are in back too so. I am a general surgeon myself and I know there is hell lot of difference in history and physical examination of renal pain and spinal stenosis pain. So I refused to provide urine, she rudely went away and kept me waiting for straight 6 hours. I was in excruciating pain and I received literally no care in this hospital. This is the worst ED. ED of very poor developing countries are way better than this one.
