I had the opportunity to work with Redline Aerospace LLC recently and I must say it was an average experience. The company provides a decent work environment and the employees are friendly and helpful. However, I found the work culture to be a bit stagnant and the pace of projects slow. The management could definitely improve their communication skills and provide better guidance to the teams. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
