I recently used modular construction solutions for my project and Z-modular was one of the companies I considered. While the quality of their modular buildings was decent, I found the overall experience to be average. The construction process took longer than anticipated and there were a few minor issues along the way. However, the team at Z-modular was responsive and professional in addressing these concerns.
