Being a CUSTOMER, I have mixed feelings about Smith, Bussey, Muir. While their website, smithbusseymuir.ca, was informative, I encountered some difficulties when trying to find specific details. Nonetheless, their customer service was helpful, and the staff was courteous. There's room for improvement, but overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
