I recently had the opportunity to interact with Prime Telecommunications and I must say that my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided me with the necessary information about their services. However, I found their customer service to be just average. While they were responsive and polite, I felt like they lacked genuine interest in solving my issues. I also found their pricing to be on the higher side compared to other competitors. On the positive side, their service quality was satisfactory and I didn't encounter any major technical difficulties. Overall, I would rate my experience with Prime Telecommunications as average.
