I can see that this is a very well reviewed company but my experience certainly seems at odds the glowing reviews people have left.

I was asked to come in after applying for an apprenticeship that had been posted on Indeed and was being handled by Skills Co.

When I got there it was quickly made clear that they had not looked at my CV at all before asking me to come in, as the person I spoke too questioned why I was applying for the role when my CV was tailored towards a media based role.

They then continued to push me away from trying to continue my application, a strange thing to do when you've asked someone to come in, whilst asking me questions you would expect from a normal interview for a role.

I left feeling angered and humiliated to have come in for a conversation that went nowhere and could easily have been had over email or over the phone.

Additionally I'm left to question if they really wanted an apprentice and not instead someone with experience who would work for cheap given the description of the job from the interview and the posting itself.

This company may be great when it's doing its thing properly, but this whole experience was certainly not them at their best.
