I had an average experience with the Department of Public Works and Highways. The services provided were satisfactory, but there is certainly room for improvement. The website was quite informative, providing all the necessary information. However, I found it a bit difficult to navigate through some sections. Overall, the department does a decent job in maintaining the public infrastructure.
