The tranquil environment and the opportunity to practice mindfulness and meditation were exactly what I needed to recharge and rejuvenate. The retreat center's website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information. I cannot recommend Retraitecentrum de Spil enough - it truly exceeded my expectations.
