I had a mixed experience with Rimpler. While the product I purchased was of good quality, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff members were not very friendly or helpful, and I felt like I was just another customer to them. However, I must commend them for their prompt delivery and the overall efficiency of their operations. If they improve their customer service, I would consider giving them another chance.
