Awesome place....food of the future! Fresh from the garden veg covered with tangy delicious sauce and meat of your choice....it's like Subway upgraded to be actually healthy! And I love the name "an elementary particle of matter" because the food is elementary, life-giving nutrition for the body. My favorite is the toasted sesame sushi.
