I have mixed feelings about Cfa sacef. While the website, cfasacef.fr, is easy to navigate, the overall customer experience could be improved. There were delays in response from the customer service team and some of my queries remained unresolved. The company needs to work on improving their communication and addressing customer concerns promptly.
